Well... here we are.
After months of design work, prototyping, manufacturing, freight delays, customs adventures, warehouse integrations, and thousands of packages finding their way to tables around the world, this campaign officially comes to an end!
First and foremost: thank you🫵
For backing the project, for your patience when things didn't go to plan, and for trusting me. It's pretty crazy to think that we turned what started as a simple idea into a product sitting on gaming tables all over the world.
This was my first Kickstarter and it was a huge learning experience. Some lessons were expected and others were very unexpected. Despite the hurdles, seeing photos of your MagVaults arriving, hearing stories from your game nights, and reading your messages has made all of it worth it.
Final Survey Reminder
I will be opening the website for additional and public orders by this weekend.
If you have not completed your BackerKit survey or believe there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with me as soon as possible so we can sort it out before the floodgates open.
Once the website goes live, remaining stock will be available to everyone.

Some Colors Are Already Gone
A few colors have sold much faster than expected and are already running low or completely sold out.
I thought I planned my numbers well, but I didn't expect inventory to disappear quite this quickly. At this rate, I'll likely need to start planning another production run sooner rather than later.
If you've been considering picking up additional MagVaults once the store opens, don't wait too long!
What's Next?
I should probably take a break... lol.
I've spent countless hours designing 60+ campaign notetaking templates for GMs and players and also organizing suppliers to make this a reality. I should be getting the first draft of everything soon, so will have something to show for it within the next two weeks or so! Follow the campaign if tactile campaign tracking is your thang.
MagScreen?
After Lorekeeper, whenever that is, I intend to put my efforts into a GM screen using a similar mechanic as MagVault. I have the schematic in my head, but have to find the time to work it through!

Fulfillment Update

Hey everyone! Quick update on where fulfillment is currently at-
EU Orders [important!]
I've put a small pause on the remaining EU orders in order to clarify a few things because some things have been brought to my attention.
Okay, a bit of backstory here. Initially, I actually wasn’t planning to offer EU shipping due to the complexity of GPSR compliance, but there was a lot of demand so I put in the work to make it happen.
In the rush, I unfortunately didn’t fully account for some of the additional import-related costs when shipping into the EU, such as VAT and courier handling fees. Obviously, unexpected fees was not my intention and I'm sorry for the surprise.
I’ll be sending a direct email to the remaining EU backers shortly so I can communicate more clearly and work through things directly with you all. Going forward, I’m hoping to either mitigate these costs or make them much clearer upfront in future campaigns.
US & UK Orders
US fulfillment has now started shipping orders out as well. The US warehouse is handling the majority of orders outside of Oceania and Asia, so this includes the largest portion of backers overall.
We did run into a few hiccups with the tech integration between systems alongside the sheer order volume coming through all at once. Thankfully, those issues have now been resolved, and the warehouse team is currently working 7 days/week to get as many orders out the door as possible.
They are balancing fulfillment for multiple clients at the same time, so while progress is actively happening every day, they are busy people too! So if you haven't received any information just yet, don't worry, there's still about 1000 orders that still need to go out.

Australia Orders
The AU side moved much more smoothly overall due to the smaller order volume and fewer technical hiccups during setup and Australian fulfillment has now been completed! If you’re a backer from Australia, New Zealand or Asia and there are any issues with your order (missing items, damages, incorrect products, etc.), please send me a message and I’ll be starting to work through resolutions this week.

Pledges are starting to come through, as you may have seen in the previous updates comments! Don't worry if you haven't received any tracking information just yet, I’m still running a few smoke tests that should wrap up in the next few days.
There were a couple of small hiccups with the BackerKit to fulfillment logistics integration, but nothing major. I’m ironing those out now before sending off the order to complete everyone else's.
For UK and EU orders: these will ship from the US. They’ll go out at the same time as everyone else’s, but international shipping may take a little longer to reach you.
Once your order arrives, you may get an email from Judge.me asking for a review, which is connected to my online store. If you’re happy with your order, I would love you forever if you took the time to fill that out🫶
And if anything’s not quite right, please reach out and I’ll make sure it gets sorted😊
I’ll also be holding off on opening MagVault orders on my shop until all Kickstarter and late pledge orders are fully shipped out.
MagVaults have Touched Down!

Hello!! I want to start by apologizing for the delay in this update. I know a few of you were waiting on news, but I wanted to make sure I had clear, accurate information before sharing.
The MagVault shipments did experience some delays during customs clearance, along with the Easter holiday slowdown. However, I’ve now received confirmation that stock has arrived at both the US and Australian warehouses. This means we can now move into the final stage before shipping begins.
The remaining step is to test the tech integration. I’ve been working on this behind the scenes, and the plan is to run a small test batch first to make sure everything is functioning correctly before sending out a larger volume of orders.
I’ll be at Supanova in Melbourne this weekend (with samples to touch and feel if you're there!), so I’ll be running that initial test batch early next week. This timing allows me to monitor things closely and resolve any issues during the working week before scaling up fulfillment.
On another note, I’ve shared a video comparing the sample vs. production dice, and I’m planning to post more footage of the production MagVaults on social media as well. I haven’t been as active there recently, but I’m looking forward to sharing more now that everything is coming together.

Starting to Arrive at Port!

The dice shipments have officially arrived at port for both our USA and Australia shipping locations! That means they’re now moving through the final stages before they can be paired up with your MagVaults and sent out into the world.
At the moment, we’re still waiting on the MagVault units themselves to be dropped off and processed by the warehouses. Once that happens and everything is accounted for, the teams will be ready to start shipping orders out.

In the background, I'm working on sorting out logistics and tech integrations with the fulfillment services to make sure everything runs smoothly so that shipping can begin as soon as the MagVaults are ready.
